Please fill out the below form in order to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited!

Registration Ticket
Please note that ONLY those who check-in with registration at the event and attend on site will be refunded the full amount after the event concludes.
This ticket will be registered under the name that is filled in on this form and will NOT be transferable on site.
Will you be attending a NIGP Procurement Class?
Please note that this is a free class, but SPACES ARE LIMITED and availability is not guaranteed on site.

Thank you for registering for this event hosted by Southern Computer Warehouse (SCW). To ensure an accurate attendee count and maximize the value of this event for all participants and sponsors, we require all registrants to acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

By signing this Agreement, the Registrant and their organization agree to the following terms:

Attendance Refund
The $100.00 registration fee will be refunded after the event provided that the registered attendee:
• Attends the event;
• Completes the event check-in process onsite;
• Participates in the event as the registered attendee; and
• Remains in attendance for the duration of the event or as otherwise required by SCW.

Refunds will not be issued to individuals who fail to satisfy these requirements.

Non-Attendance
If the registered attendee fails to attend the event for any reason, the registration fee becomes non-refundable. The registrant's organization agrees to remain responsible for the registration fee and acknowledges that no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided due to absence, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, business commitments, or other circumstances not expressly approved by SCW in writing.

Substitutions and Transfers
To maintain accurate attendee records and event planning, registrations are issued to the specific individual listed on this Agreement. Attendee substitutions are not permitted on the day of the event. Individuals may not send another employee, representative, or colleague in their place without prior written approval from SCW. Any requested attendee changes must be submitted and approved by SCW before the registration deadline on March 1, 2027. Individuals arriving at the event who are not the originally registered attendee may be denied entry and will not qualify for a registration fee refund.

Cancellation
Cancellations received after registration has been confirmed will not qualify for a refund unless otherwise approved in writing by SCW. The registration fee serves as a commitment to attend and helps offset costs incurred in hosting the event.

Release of Registration Spot
SCW reserves the right to release unconfirmed registrations and make attendance capacity available to other prospective attendees.
