This Sponsorship Commitment Agreement ("Agreement") serves as confirmation of the Partner's commitment to participate in and support the upcoming event organized by Southern Computer Warehouse (SCW). By executing this Agreement, the Partner agrees to the selected sponsorship level and acknowledges responsibility for payment of all associated sponsorship fees. SCW will issue an official invoice to the Partner upon receipt of this signed Agreement. The Partner agrees to pay the sponsorship fee in full by the agreed upon due date indicated on the invoice. Failure to remit payment by the specified due date may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits, event participation opportunities, promotional recognition, and any reserved sponsorship assets.

Commitment and Non-Refundable Policy
The Partner acknowledges that SCW incurs significant costs, reserves event resources, and makes financial commitments based upon confirmed sponsorship participation. Therefore, all sponsorship commitments made through this Agreement are considered final. Once this Agreement has been signed and submitted, the sponsorship commitment is non-cancelable and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or reductions in sponsorship fees will be provided due to the Partner's cancellation, withdrawal, changes in the Partner's business circumstances, inability to attend the event, or any other reason not expressly approved in writing by SCW. If a Partner elects to withdraw from participation after signing this Agreement, the Partner shall remain responsible for payment of the full sponsorship amount on the invoice.

Customized Sponsorship Enhancements
Certain sponsorship enhancements may require additional planning and coordination between SCW and the Partner. For these customized enhancements, including but not limited to the "After-Event Happy Hour" sponsorship, the final scope, benefits, and associated fees may be determined through mutual agreement between SCW and the Partner following submission of this Agreement. Any agreed-upon costs for customized enhancements will be reflected on the Partner's final invoice issued by SCW. By participating in a customized sponsorship enhancement, the Partner acknowledges responsibility for payment of all mutually approved charges included on the final invoice.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties regarding the sponsorship commitment and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
