Because of the level of service I started receiving a few years ago from everyone, SCW quickly became my favorite goto vendor for most of my orders and still is today. I’d like to give a special shot out to Andres and Julie for being so attentive to my needs. They are both very professional and personable! I know there are probably a lot of other people behind the scenes that I don’t know about so please give them my thanks too!

Extremely Timely

Travis is the best rep I’ve dealt with from any of the vendors that we use. He is always quick to respond and extremely helpful. He’s the first rep I go to whenever I need anything.

I Feel like MK is a very genuine person when it comes to business and life. Very electric person and you can feel her persona through the air waves.

I always get prompt response times and service, plus great price quotes with SCW. If I need a price quote, Reagan is the first person that I contact. Reagan makes my job easier.

I can count on Travis for immediate response to my quote requests.

The last example was a quote request was sent to him on 5/3/22 at 2:57. Got a quote back in 59 minutes at 3:56. That is pit crew speed as far as I am concerned. The quote was also the best of three vendors and I placed the order two days later.

The folks over at SCW are always lovely to work with — it’s nice to be able to call and actually get someone friendly on the phone. They almost always have what I’m looking for in stock, and if not, they’re able to offer something comparable. It’s no wonder why they’ve quickly become one of my favorite vendors.

Eric has worked with me on several quotes. He is always friendly, professional, knowledgable, and one of the best representatives that I have had the chance to work with. He provides me the quotes when needed, and if I ever have any questions about products he provides me the answer I need.

Eric Craig drops quotes on you all day like come out of a Boeing B-52 airplane. He is the BEST in the Business….Never have too wait long in order to get your customer request to a purchase order.

Josh Reardon and Jennifer Bell have been so quick recently to get me the quotes I need. I have asked for 5 quotes in the past 5 days and each one was returned with the quote (correctly I might add) within a few minutes. GREAT JOB!!!!!

MK is always on the know about products and if she doesn’t know she’ll reach out to the vendors to get an answer for you. During this supply chain issue that we’ve had going on for the last two years, she has tried her hardiest to let me know when the products that we purchase might be coming in and try to help me the best way she could with products.
