You don't have to do anything to participate in the Red, White & You Rewards Program. Every qualifying account is
automatically enrolled in the program, so you start accruing points from your very first purchase.
When and how will I get my rewards?
Red, White & You Rewards rebate checks are sent out twice a year. You can start participating at any time.

Terms and Conditions

The program criteria and the terms of this Program may change at any time.
SCW reserves the right to add eligible criteria, subtract eligible criteria, and raise or lower qualifying order thresholds during eligible months.
The program currently pays a quarter of a point (.0025%) of total annual spending.
SCW reserves the right to increase/decrease the earned rebate amount at any time.
Checks will not be issued for half yearly accrued rebates less than $20.
Balances do not roll forward to the payment period.

SCW reserves the right to request additional documentation in order to process and/or pay a rebate.
Failure to comply with requests for additional information and/or failure to provide requested documentation may result in termination from the program.

Eligibility for Program participation is based on rebates being paid solely to the county, city, state, agency, division, school, school district.
No rebates will be allowed/paid to end users or to agents of the entity.

SCW will issue one rebate check per account.
Multiple users within the same entity are considered to be part of the account.

Red, White, & You, and the dedicated site, rewards.scw.com is valid only in the U.S. for Governmental State, Local, & Education customers.
The program is not applicable to Federal Government customers.

Sales are defined as completed customer transactions verifiable through sales invoices from SCW. Returns are ineligible and will be deducted from earned point totals.
Claims may be audited for authenticity and accuracy.
- In the event of any questions or interpretation of the rules, the decision of SCW will be final.
- Liability for income taxes is the sole responsibility of participants.
Participants must comply with all applicable Federal, State, Provincial and local laws.
U.S. participants will receive an IRS form 1099 for all earnings under this program valued over $600 USD.
- Program participant waives any and all claims of liability and hereby releases, indemnifies and holds harmless SCW, their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, marketing and promotional agencies from and against any loss occurring as a result of this Program or any award received through the Program.
- SCW reserves the right to make corrections or adjustments to the participant's Red, White, & You earnings if audit determines it necessary for any of the following reasons: there was a mistake in tabulating the sales claims, technical issues resulting in duplication of claims or deposits, or disqualified claims.
- Any dispute arising or related to these rules will be governed by Georgia law without regard to conflicts of law.
Any and all disputes related to these rules that cannot be resolved through discussion and negotiation will be settled by arbitration in Marietta, Georgia, USA.
- This program is planned to continue indefinitely.
However, SCW reserves the right to terminate this program, and will provide 10 days written notice to the account address on file.
